Today I attempted to post my first Shii-Cho formula video, but was met with technical difficulties. When I tried pasting the link, it simply said that my video did not exist. When I tried to use the 'attach a video' feature, the video never successfully attached. Is this a problem others have faced, because as it stands, I have no idea how to go about fixing it.
Where is the video hosted? You can't upload a video straight from your computer to the forum. Instead you have to embed links to another site. Most people use Youtube.
So to get it to work, first put your video up on Youtube. Make sure the privacy is set to "unlisted" and not "private", or no one but you will be able to see it. Then in the forum post, click the "insert video" icon, which looks like a slate, the thing they clack before each take when filming a movie. Copy and paste the URL of your video into that empty spot, choose a size (most people choose Medium for forum posts I think), then click the button on the bottom to "insert video".
Now, your error says that the video doesn't exist, so I assume you were doing the attach video steps right and just that the video isn't hosted on a site like Youtube?

I uploaded my video to Youtube, and it plays fine for me. I have it down as unlisted and the url can copy/paste into other tabs. However, when I try to use it here, if says the video does not exist. When I use the ad video feature, it simple does not actually post the video, even though it tells me that the video will appear at the bottom before I post.
What was the video link type you choose on YouTube ? The easier, to my mind, is to select a "not reference link". You have juste to copy/paste the link after the video is uploaded when you add the video in your post. Until now, I don't met any issues with this method. Hope it will help you to resolve this issue.

Mitchell Theron Patrick: Hello, I’m new to the idea of lightsaber dueling and I still need to get a lightsaber. I was wondering if TPLA still conducts classes as I live in Michigan.

Dark Angelus: Greetings to all. I am already in a class called River City Jedi. Learned so much already and they do use TPLA as part of their guide lines and forms.

Furiora Helseare: I know, was crazy for me to see as well, although I'm not a huge fan of the rules... honestly never liked "right of way" in fencing. If people score a double neither should count, you're both dead

Furiora Helseare: "right of way" doesn't exist in a real fight, I don't care if it's "your turn to attack" if I see an opening I can take, I'm taking it.

Nero Attoru: Right of way has some roots in realism, since attacking is given priority (which makes sense given the fact that the attacker would theoretically strike a killing blow first)

Nero Attoru: Regardless, epee is a weapon that most people forget, and doesn't use right of way! Two hits gives each fencer a point, reflecting the double kill.

cyclingswitch: I get why they went with that system though. If you watch Saber Legion fighting instead, it becomes more akin to kendo. It's realistic fighting but it doesn't look like Star Wars anymore.

cyclingswitch: In Saber Legion, moving your saber around more than you need to to thrust, parry or do a quick strike to the waist or head is basically giving away a point. At least that's what I've seen in the matches I've watched with their style.
